The pens were as agreed, no glitches to cause problems. The service was truly outstanding. When my requested delivery date couldn't be met with the shipping I chose the customer service agent contacted me and provided options. The pens were actually completed and shipped early but the shipping company didn't deliver according to their promise. I contacted PenXpress and they provided a credit for thee expedited shipping, no questions or hassle, even though the delay was caused by the shipping company. First class company with first class people. No reason to go anywhere else.

Overall a decent experience

They sent the proof to the wrong address so my order sat waiting for over a week until I followed up. The order was properly printed and looked good upon arrival. The pen writes well. I wish the pen felt a little sturdier.
