The pens are beautiful and well made however I thought I’d be receiving a mixed assortment of colors but only received the all pink pens. Not bad but just not what I was expecting.
We love these pens. So far, no duds (we've had issues with other company's pens not writing smoothly). They look very upscale with clean lettering and our logo looks fabulous. Great value and fast shipping (even though we ordered standard) was the icing on the cake. We will be ordering from Pensxpress again!

Great pen, but the lettering is almost impossible to read. I got the recommended Lato font with white or silver lettering which was the only choice. Got the pens to advertise and event. Since the lettering is so difficult to read, it defeats the purpose of buying the pens. However, the pen is very nice and the customer service is excellent.
I ordered these as favors for a 60th birthday party. Everyone uses a pen. After ordering several samples, I decided on the Black and Rose Gold. I also requested a PDF of an engraved sample. The pens were absolutely perfect. Every pen was engraved properly, and they looked beautiful. They are a good quality, easy to handle and write very well.
