    I ordered pens with a logo and web address. Everything came out legible, and the pens, though one of the most inexpensive on this site, work well, and look great.

    Excellent service. My only complaint is that I couldn't preview the item with the logo and web address before ordering. I had to ask via email for a preview to be sent before the pens were printed. This took two or three days before I finally was able to see what the pens would look like and approve the order. Other services like PensXpress offer a preview while one is designing their order, so editing can be done immediately.

    Where is my package?

    According to the tracking number my package has been at a post office for a week. I wrote to your "info" email address asking if this could be checked into and haven't received a reply. If I don't know something in two days I will dispute the payment. Otherwise I have been a happy customer.
