Definitely love the timely manner and quality of work done. We as a church were looking for economic yet presentable, and this was just what we needed. They were timely and responsive when they ran out of the type of pen we had, but communication was great, respectable and still helped us to fulfill our order.
Pens are super.

I believe you have an excellent product, excellent prices but I need to still get the old email off this account and I have asked 5 times now.
Pens arrived very quickly. A couple of pens on the top of the order had minor scratches on them but it was minimal. Company did a great job communicating. When I originally put the order in I typed three lines but for some reason they only received one of them when the order went through. They contacted me to let me know I was able to have two more lines of print. So grateful they did that or my pens order would have not been correct. Overall I was happy with the order and very happy with the service.
