Faded print for our company name

The color that was printed on the pen is faded and we can barely read the company name and phone number. Very disappointed. However, we love the pen and the way it rights.

These look/feel solid, everyone LOVES them. Cheap pens are great too if they work well, but these feel solid. Only downside might be for weak/elderly patients, can be heavy for them. Otherwise, SOLID. TY pensxp!
