So far we are very please with our new pens. They right so well. Very smooth and clear. We were even able to get them in black and gold which has been very hard for us to find. They are also very reasonably priced. They have been a great marketing tool. My only complaint is that they do not come in blue ink. I work for a legal firm and most of the documents we sign are signed in blue ink. If they were in blue ink I would only buy from this company.

About 6 or 7 pens were missing tops or would not work correctly.
Otherwise they seemed to be good quality and very attractive.
