Ordered 500 units. Exactly 500 received, one broken clip was the only casualty. 0.2% variance on the order, which is a spectacular rate! These particular pens are part of my “trademark” - people request them for trivia nights, and to hand out for me as “business cards”. It is a high quality writer. I had to call my order in because the script I use is no longer available on the website. Lisa in customer service made it a simply awesome process. I have ordered several times now, and while I am constantly solicited by other vendors, PensXpress is the only way for me to go.
