I ordered 128 Elsa pens for our daughter's wedding welcome bag. I liked that I could order relatively small quantities and I was pleased with the customer service employees who were real people in the USA! They were helpful in answering questions. PensExpress seems like a smaller company versus a huge corporation, and I liked that.
I did two proofs and the pens were shipped in a timely manner after my approval of the second proof. Overall, I liked the pens and the quality was good, especially considering I had a tight budget.
Two reasons I'm giving four stars instead of five:
1. I wish that after I approved the second proof they'd sent an email saying something like they thanked me for approving the final proof and that the pens would now ship. The only way I knew they had gotten my final approval was when I got a tracking email.
2. The pens arrived all jumbled in the box...I wish they were packaged a little more nicely (one of the pens had a broken clip, but I let that go).
Overall, I liked PensExpress, and I would recommend them and will consider using them again if the need ever arises.
P.S. I wish the reviews were dated.
I ordered monogrammed pens and they were wonderful - nice quality and looked perfect. This was easy to do - basically very little effort on my part. Couldn’t be happier.
This is the 2nd time we've purchased these pens because they are great quality.
However, this time we purchased a different color (had black in the past) and went with the orange pens with navy blue imprint. The orange is almost neon and much brighter than it appears online. The imprint is brighter than traditional navy, closer to the blue font like the product name and description at the top of this page.
Overall, the color was still close enough for us to accept and the pens write great.
