Where is my package?

According to the tracking number my package has been at a post office for a week. I wrote to your "info" email address asking if this could be checked into and haven't received a reply. If I don't know something in two days I will dispute the payment. Otherwise I have been a happy customer.

Love them but....

I love the pens. They write very well.
But.... I was disappointed that the color of the pens were not all the colors in the advertisement. I was looking forward to bright colors but got black blue red and green
They’re on the darker side.
Some of my pens imprint were smeared. I took it as an accidental overlook.
I would order again from this company.
