Question 2

How should I send my logos?

Accepted Answer

At PensXpress.com, we aim to make the customization process as smooth as possible. To ensure the highest quality imprint of your logo, we recommend sending vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF formats) with all fonts outlined. These types of files provide the best quality and allow for more flexibility in resizing your logo without loss of quality. If vector files are not available, high-resolution bitmap images (.JPG, .PNG, .TIF) may also be used, but they should be at least 300 DPI to ensure good print quality. To upload your logo, simply follow the instructions on the product customization page or attach the file in an email if directed by customer service. If you have specific color preferences, be sure to include those details, preferably in the Pantone color system for best matching. Please consult our customer service team if you have any questions or encounter any issues when uploading your logo. We're here to help you every step of the way to ensure your custom pens meet your expectations.

Question 3

How Long Does It Take for Regular Production?

Accepted Answer

The regular production time at PensXpress.com can vary depending on the pen style, customization options, and order volume. However, most standard orders are generally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after approval of the design proof. Premium or more complex customizations may require additional time. We understand that timing can be crucial when it comes to business promotions or special events. That's why we offer expedited production and shipping options for those in need of faster turnaround. Please consult our customer service team for more detailed information on production times, particularly if you have a tight deadline to meet.

Question 4

Do You Charge Extra to Imprint My Company Information?

Accepted Answer

At PensXpress.com, we strive to offer affordable and transparent pricing for all our custom pens. The cost of imprinting your company name, logo, or other information is typically included in the per-unit price of the pen, making it a cost-effective choice for business promotions. However, certain premium imprinting methods or multi-color designs may come with an additional cost. It's always best to check the specific details for the pen style you're interested in for complete pricing information. We offer low minimums and bulk pricing options to suit the needs of both small and large orders.
