Service was as stated with delivery on time. Printing was as requested and the pens look very nice particularly at this price point. The pens that I have randomly checked write and function as one would expect. I would recommend Pens Express to any company wanting to use a ink pen as a gift to get their advertising message out to their customer.
These pens look very nice. They are a heavier pen and because of this there are issues in terms of the balance they have in your hand. The top is very top heavy with no shape changes in the pen to accomodate for this. How a pen feels and writes are important to me as I spend most of my days writing and I feel like this is important to the people who I plan to market. It is attractive and may be a good fit for someone who isn't spending much time writing, such as a manager, but for the people who actually refer to me, this wouldn't be a good fit. It also clots, which makes it more for looks than anything else.
All I can say is EXCEPTIONAL! I came to Pens Xpress desperately in need of a pen order for my companies leadership retreat that was coming up in less than a week.
After having a terrible experience with another vendor, I came here and had nothing but an awesome experience working with Pens Xpress to fulfill my order request. The pens were all terrific, and the timely service makes me confident to trust this company with any order I need in the future.
