Great pen, but the lettering is almost impossible to read. I got the recommended Lato font with white or silver lettering which was the only choice. Got the pens to advertise and event. Since the lettering is so difficult to read, it defeats the purpose of buying the pens. However, the pen is very nice and the customer service is excellent.
I ordered these as favors for a 60th birthday party. Everyone uses a pen. After ordering several samples, I decided on the Black and Rose Gold. I also requested a PDF of an engraved sample. The pens were absolutely perfect. Every pen was engraved properly, and they looked beautiful. They are a good quality, easy to handle and write very well.
