Didn't get all of what was ordered

I ordered a pen that came with 4 different colors. I supposedly was sent and email but was never received so I got only 3 of the colors. Poor customer service.

Product was great

I was very pleased with the product and service of Pens Xpress. Ordered some quality pens for our church’s hospital ministry. I really liked the fact you didnt have to pay a setup fee and worried this might translate into an inferior quality product or work. It did not. The pens are great, and the service was good, I was notified of shipping etc. Would definitely use again and recommend.
