Excellent customer service and turn around

My candid opinion

The process was fairly good except for challenges in delivery as communication between pensxpress and usps was inadequate to prepare me for collection. Second redelivey effort came through by default!!! I see an opportunity for improvement in this regard. Otherwise, the pens are good and lettering fairly ok.
